Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Codext GmbH. When you access the pages, the provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type). This data is used solely for the technical provision and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Log files are stored only for as long as is necessary for the technical provision and security of the website and are then deleted automatically. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
Cookies & local storage
This website uses no cookies and no tracking technologies. Only if you switch the colour scheme (light/dark) via the toggle in the navigation is this setting stored locally in your browser (localStorage; § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG - strictly necessary). This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to me or to third parties.
Fonts
This website uses locally stored fonts only. No data is transferred to external providers such as Google Fonts.
Contact & contact form
If you send me an enquiry via the contact form, email or phone, I process the information you provide in order to handle your request. I will not pass this data on without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If I cannot demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, the data concerned will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your stored data, as well as a right to data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, please contact me using the details given above.
